  • Shipping & delivery – We take 24-48 hours to process your order and prepare it for logistics partner to pick-up. The logistics partner takes 3-4 days to deliver the product post pick-up.

  • Returns & exchanges – 1.  We ensure that our products reach you safely and on-time and currently don't accept returns. In case of queries please contact us with the details mentioned in the "Contact" Section.
    2.  In case you receive damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours with images and we will resolve this.
    3.  We understand sometimes products don't meet your expectation and we will evaluate if we can offer returns at your location at an additional charge. In such cases, please contact us and we will evaluate and decide if we can offer returns at your location at an additional charge.
    4.  Returns if offered will be at a nominal cost for picking the product from your door step and delivering back to us. This cost will be communicated to you before processing returns.
    • Product care – Proper Storage: Store each piece separately in a soft pouch, soft-lined box, or air-tight container to prevent scratching and minimize moisture exposure.
      Prevent Chemical Contact: Apply lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays before putting on jewelry to prevent the breakdown of the anti-tarnish coating
      Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, toothpaste, or harsh chemicals, which can strip the protective finish.
      Remove for Activity: Take off jewelry before sleeping to avoid scratches and friction-related wear.

      What to Avoid:
      • Never use toothpaste, baking soda, or acidic cleaners.
      • Avoid storing jewelry in direct sunlight or humid areas.
      • Do not store in paper, cardboard, or cotton-filled boxes, as they may contain sulfur residues, which promote tarnishing.
